I know what thinking: how many ways can you do the burger? Well if you go in expecting a traditional, McDonald's burger or other franchise experience you may be disappointed. This is street food that opened up a brick and mortar, and I like that. It is great second shift food that you don't have to worry about finding where the truck is parked tonight. It's in the same easily accessible location on Kirkman, serving all your favorite food truck delights.
"Junior Columbian Burger" is an 8 on the Scales most times but quickly jumps to a 10 after midnight. I recommend the burgers, but if you don't try a chorizo dog you are truly missing out. Another thing I see a lot of people doing is not taking advantage of all the sauces. No matter how unnatural it feels, dump everything on there and get extra. Once your burger looks like a failed science experiment, or something that crawled out of the swamp, then it's ready to eat. Try it; it's different.
